Unfortunately it doesn't work with GGUF versions of Flux, both Dev and Schnell
Update (20/08/2024): The Lora is finally working with Forge (for GGUF version). Make sure to select 'Automatic (FP16 Lora)' in Diffusion in Low Bits drop-down menu. Increase the strength to 1.2 if the change is too subtle.
Ok, not that I know more about other models, but FLUX is completely new to me. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it was trained on Civitai
There have been lora issues with both GGUF and NF4 versions of Flux, both with Forge and ComfyUI. Think Forge got it working but then an update broke it. They should have it sorted out soon, if not already.
I'm using the automatic (fp16 lora) option but I'm still getting blank gray noise followed by a black image. I tried putting on the ae.safetensors vae and clip_l and so it's no longer throwing errors but it's not generating anything of value. Any ideas what's wrong?
Or is it just still broken and I need to wait a bit longer?
@Phraxas Yeah, it seems Forge is currently still unstable because of the updates. I'd wait until the dev fixes it.
Thanks for this comment. I just tried flux yesterday, downloaded some loras and couldn't make them work until i read this.
Including the "nodes" is being very helpful, thank you for amazing work.
