Just an update to the process, I was hoping to have it out by now, but since the whole dataset is gifs, I need to convert them to regular non-animated images, and I guess it takes a lot longer to convert 200 images of gifs to png's than it does to bake a LoRA with them, haha, so it'll likely be done in about 3 hours, since after ~1 hour it's only 70% or so converted.
