they most likely animated the OpenPose model in an animation software like blender and exported the video.. but I'm not the person who made this so I'm only assuming
Instead of using the video with poses/ export stuff in photoshop you can also use https://app.posemy.art/ and build any pose you want.
Afterwards you can export the pose in openpose format (with or without hands) and use this for the ControlNet openpose model.
You just render one single pose. No batch..
For normal peoples :
Export video this to sequence,
go to im2img and pick batch.
Name of files need start.
001-
Denoise low for anti flick.
For perfect need same seed on the first frame.
...... PROFIT
