Ancient Shadows of the Lens - Flux
Conjuring images from the ether, transforming them into spectral visions reminiscent of the 1890s.
Grainy, black and white, and distorted, each image is imbued with a sinister aura, as if captured by a camera possessed by the spirits of yore.
Workflow and metadata embedded in the images. If running locally I recommend testing out the workflow I used; I can generate 30 steps at 1216x832 with Flux Dev locally, with a 4090 in 20 seconds.
This was trained on Flux Dev. It does have some effect on Schnell, but the effect is not as strong nor as impressive.

mine keep ending up looking B/W. No fade or grainy effect to them. I'm using your workflow but my own prompt
Are you sure the LoRA is applying? Try bypassing the LoRA loader and see if you get the same results with a fixed seed. Also try bumping the Strength to ~1.2
@Cailleach it definitely is getting applied because the character changes appearance, but still no grainy/faded affect. i even increased it to 1.3
please can you make a non-black and white lora with the same feel. i absolutely love the feel and aesthetic of the lora. its got the best realism feel that also very artistic. flux can look too smooth and plastic

Very cool aesthetic, reminds me of old movies like Freaks or Carnival of Souls, although those movies don't look nearly as creepy and unsettling as this. Nice work.
Has anyone else had success with this in Forge? When I click the button to add the Lora it doesn't add it to the prompt. And then if I add it manually, it doesn't seem to have any effect. I haven't tested it in comfyUI yet. I'm using the Dev fp8 checkpoint.
I'm using it in Comfy, and on-site - haven't tried in Forge, will give it a go!
