I know there is a lot of similar LoRAs. However, this is my approach and I hope you like it. There will be three version: lift, pull and spread.
This LoRA is based on a set of 31 photo samples and trained with the PicX real model. It works with different views and poses, as well as realistic and non-realistic models. Use a strength between 0.6 and 0.8 for best results.

Is there are variant where the breasts are out with the clothing pulled down on its own?
You mean without the hands? Does it work if you move the "holding shirt" to negative prompts?
@BrokenTycoon Not unless the hands are also prompted to do something else. But there's two other problems. One is sometimes head out of frame, the other is overfit realistic style when using this lora, even with 3d and realistic in negative.
