Tested on Flux-Dev at a weight of 1.0. I doubt it will work well on Flux-Schnell given how others have said it doesn't work as well with Lora's. The attached image generations were not cherry-picked.

Trained for only 1,000 steps on 30 images.

Tip: Use a background removal tool, and you don't need a complex prompt, my prompt was only the trigger word which is "r0se_byrne woman"; as long as you're doing a single person I've found this technique often works well whether it's for SDXL or now with Flux.
