@Saya most of us cant use locons, stable diffusion doesnt bootup if we install it, lora is more functional and since people use lora tab more, they are more likely to use it unlike locon

There is no difference between locon and lora except that a simple extension needs to be installed, and the effect of locon is significantly better than lora.
