This is a merge of a curated set of checkpoints to incorporate data that's been trained onto the Pony v6 checkpoint.
The specific merge technique used aims to maintain as many strengths of each merged model while minimizing conflict and "drowning" from tension between them. This is a custom technique I have developed.
In addition to merging in as much high quality trained checkpoint "data" as possible, a second phase of merging is done to achieve a cohesive yet adaptive visual style (heavily inspired by MomoiroPony, WAI-CUTE, and boleromix).
All preview images are generated with the same fixed seed and no post processing or up-scaling is applied.
Prompt
Pony prompt guidelines as per usual, for example:
Positive:
score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, source_animeNegative:
score_6, score_5, score_4, source_furry, source_cartoonInference
I recommend 20-30 steps, Euler A or DPM++ SDE Karras

Can't help but feel like "too bad" about your model, because the gens are so damn cute, but the hands look a bit problematic, and I can't stand having to deal with this problem anymore nowadays, lol. Style = 100% though!
Keep in mind that all images I upload are fixed seed one-shot gens, no cherry picking. Do you find it struggled with hands even when you use it normally? I'll definitely take a look at this and see how I can fix it for a v2. Thanks!
@epiTune I'd have to give it a whirl to know! I usually try models when they seem to be good with hands to start with. I'll give it more of a chance then, since you mention it.
@princess_daphie which checkpoints would you suggest that are good with hands?
@princess_daphie There's definitely an issue with hands, I'll pay far more attention to this for v2. Thanks for reminding me of that important detail!
@domecohauqejavav With Pony derivatives, many many checkpoints are good with hands! Sometimes you have to find the sweet spot resolution, or a sampler it likes, some cookie cutter prompts, but you can usually find a balance where hands are fine >75% of the time. It'd be hard to recommend a specific checkpoint though!
@epiTune That's awesome to hear! I'll be on the lookout for your V2!!!
I really liked this model, I was looking for a nice cute anime model, and this is just what I was looking for. It's in my opinion easy to work with and easy to get expected results. Thanks
So pleased to hear that you enjoy it! If there's anything you find that the model struggles with or you wish it handled differently please let me know, as I'm working on a v2 of the merge and then a training run as follow up to that.
I have not the best spec PC, so i was afraid that this model will be slow. But OMG. It works even faster than Pony V6 Turbo DPO! And produces much better results!
