euler ancestral steps 45-50? seems excessive. With the models i'm used to, I find that generally with euler a, that generations hit a kind of plateau detail-wise and then just continuously mutate in an almost cyclic way.
That's me personally, but everyone has their own settings
I find 50 steps on euler a is about perfect on most models personally
@Grim0r I'll check into that. i noticed in preview that the result changes a lot, almost in a cyclical way, and then begins to settle down after a while and stabilize. if that's the case then maybe that's a better strategy than chancing it with fewer steps.
@fablegenius I know that SOMETIMES with Euler A anything less than 30 results in pretty terrible "face smush" as I call it, almost like the CFG is too high but it isn't. at 30, it starts to stabilize, but at 50 Euler A basically peaks and doesn't do anything past that. 30-50 is the optimal spot sometimes, otherwise basically anything 12 and up, if it doesn't have the "convergence issue" that Euler A can have. Best thing to do is play around and see what happens.
