The body shape and look are over trained. This model only outputs one type of woman.
You are right, the variety is not that great in the training data. You can reduce the weight though and then get good results with other body shapes until it is fixed 🤗
I popped my lora in for one of my favorite characters and she looked like my character mostly. I inpainted the face with this lora turned off and I was all set. (I appreciate the trained body since nudes in Flux normally look horrific.)

Yeah, Is true. all your models are sucky at likenesses. All have your models seem to look the same, same breasts, similar faces, 3d modeling style, Wonder why. But alas I had to put you on Never Use list. Deleted from my library...

What didi you change between v1 and v2?
you're welcome! I changed the training data slightly and reduced the overall pool, but handpicked the highest quality images I wanted to train with. then I raised epochs to 15 instead of 10, so overall every image now had almost twice the amount of steps than in v1.
