a full FLUX-DEV checkpoint rather than just loras because best results were observed using this method.
naturally has consistant characters across panels without requesting it.
14 Plus Loras all 32 rank merged into FLUX-dev base all at variying weights all hand dialed into to acheived dersired aesthetic outcomes.
over 36,000 training steps total.

Hi. I downloaded this model and it is fp8 with VAE and text encoders baked in. The author incorrectly specified the type.
It turns out this is actually one of the only versions I can actually use of flux. I thought itd be too big but its one of the fastest flux models of that size. Takes about 160-400 seconds for an image which the others are consistently withtin 300-400 seconds
