I know that tagging this as a workflow is misleading. It takes the UNet of an SDXL model and then converts it to the universal Q8 GGUF format. It's free, but rate limited.
The link to the online GGUF converter. You need to find the "Logs" button to follow the progress. A few minutes later the result should be found in this online folder.
The uploaded image (an evil girl) has the example workflow, showing how messy it is, other UIs will hopefully have built-in support.
