This is my long running workflow cleaned up and streamlined for y'all so you get good results using my models out the gate.
There are plenty of notes in the workflow with explanation. I recommend using my SDXL models: https://civarchive.com/models/605283/donutsdeliverymix
Quick Tip: The prompt in Face related section automatically gets included with the main prompt and does not need to go both places.
Hotfix 9 Jan: location for sam model in instructions was wrong and has been changed to /sams/

they are bypassed by default. you can enable them in the "fast groups bypasser. also make sure that ipadapter is installed https://github.com/cubiq/ComfyUI_IPAdapter_plus?tab=readme-ov-file#installation
@DonutsDelivery Activation sliders are enabled (the purple background disappears on them), but they still do not start. In "Fast Groups Bypasser" I activated the sliders: EnableIPAdapter, Enable PuLID, Enable 2nd IPAdapter, Enable 2nd PuLID.
I manually brought the model to the "IPAdapter Unified loader" input and output the result from "Apply PuLID Advanced" (2nd PuLID Face Adapter) to the diff models, removed the upscaler from the workflow - the generation of the IP adapter and Pulid works, (so, IP adapter is installed) - but slowly and I had to modify the workflow myself, although in theory I should have just switched a few sliders and everything would have worked.
Sorry for stupid question, but i tried many ways but still cant install PuLID. Is this crucial for that environment? Also, maybe you can help me? >.<
Just had this problem today funny enough
@greggoulet2870 It seems like it is broken yeah. good thing you found a fix! But also, InstantID is the king currently of face copying. FaceIDv2 and PLUS FACE are also good (dosent mess with contrast) but Instant ID is better than all of them when you figure out how to input both a close-up of the face and face keypoints (image_kps) into it.
This is bonkers. Thank you for this, can't imagine how much time you spent getting this to work the way you wanted it to. Works for me like a charm.
Didn't know about the rgthree nodes, those are really handy.
Hey, i ran into a little problem, getting this error:
IPAdapterInsightFaceLoader
No module named 'insightface'
But i can delete the "IPAdapter InsightFace Loader" and it will than run, but i still want to know how i can get around that error, keeping the "IPAdapter InsightFace Loader"
you must have either buffalo or antelope installed, you can search them in the model manager. then select them in the insightface loader thats bugging you.
The workflow you've loaded has corrupt linking data that may be able to be fixed
Please help! It couldn't be fixed with the Comfy workflow fixer thingy :(
this can happen all the time. I think the way I solved this personally was by highlighting all of the nodes, opening a new empty workflow, and copying them all to it.
If that persists, slowly building it all out yourself by hand should definitely solve it.
That does seem like a ridiculous answer, but when you start to pull apart the nodes and see how its connected, you can understand it better. Maybe you can copy parts of it for your own.
I do wish there was a more reliable way. But idk what it is
