You're right, that's not the right author, the original author is called Takemoto Harashi and the name of the character is "Otake", hope that helps

@vadigr123_ You are welcome, for the future if you're not sure about the source of an image use the reverse image search option of some browsers, like Google's (you know, search the image on Google Images), or either Yandex's (pretty efficient for searching similar images), or even e621, that even has one (or just look for watermaks on the image)
