If you make an SRPO version, it will probably be the best model possible!
What is that? There are so many techniques coming all the time ^^
This is my favorite one so far at least. The outputs are so good!
Still some body horror now and then, but 3/4 images are production ready, or good enough, for me.
@6tZ Flux SRPO | SRPO.net — Semantic Relative Preference Optimization Hub. This is a Flux variant. It's more photorealistic, the skin looks real, and the anatomy is gorgeous.
@varrrvarrr437 And how can I use it?
It looks like there's this beefy 48gb version:
https://huggingface.co/tencent/SRPO/tree/main
Any ideas?
https://huggingface.co/rockerBOO/flux.1-dev-SRPO/tree/main
Maybe this one?
@6tZ Yes, it's a perfectly viable option, you can also use this one. SRPO_FP16.safetensors · azazeal2/SRPO_FP16_FP8 at main
Please... Did anyone make it work with InvokeAI community version ? What is correct VAE file ? I downloaded like 12 of them and all of them are for SD and not for Flux. Any help ? I already spent like 10 hours and InvokeAI do not allow me to link VAE for SD with this model . Thanks in advance !
Googling for "Flux VAE" takes you there:
https://huggingface.co/black-forest-labs/FLUX.1-dev/tree/main/vae
This is the one. Name it "FluxVAE.safetensors" or "ae.safetensors" and you will have a good name, or the default name that everyone uses.
Question... Why would someone use f1 model for porn? I don't see what it does better than a well trained il model. What am I missing?
Which model are you comparing it to?
You'll feel the difference when you generate with it.
The human variety is much greater in f1 than any previous version, and the general anatomical knowledge, albeit broken by NSFW training, is also astonishing.
@6tZ I guess that is my issue. It's broken by nsfw. So how does that work with flux models advertised as nsfw/porn? Is there loras built in to handle nsfw/porn or are there loras I should be using?
@delta45424155 I don't understand what it is you want. This model is NSFW flux built into the checkpoint, that's the only reason it exists :)
See example images.
Does this not look alright?
@6tZ It's the consistency for me. I am new to flux, but getting consistent images seems hard like it is with SDXL and certain position. Like I can describe what I want in Flux, minus the guy, and it turns out really well. Add in the context that a guy is having sex with the girl, and the output becomes a hit and miss.
@delta45424155 Right, yeah it's much weaker when it comes to multiple people so far. It's hit or miss, and mostly misses still.
Not enough training data on dudes. Who could have guessed this is what happened when you leave the training to horny fellas :)
IL doesn't do realism or 3d well
Noob here. Is it possible to finetune a lora or full checkpoint finetune over this model?
Yes.
For Mac users who want to be able to use the settings embedded in the preview images with Forge:
Any plans for an MLX port?
What's MLX?
@6tZ thanks for your response, and for the great work!
MLX Flux refers to a collection of tools and implementations that enable the local execution of the FLUX models from Black Forest Labs on Apple Silicon Macs using Apple's MLX framework.
https://www.google.com/search?q=convert%20flux%20model%20to%20mlx
Essentially, it optimize the model to run on Apple Silicon. Your current model does run on a Mac, just slowly.
@cc231 Ah, thanks for sharing the info.
Unfortunately I have no plans on this currently. It would be a lot of work, and I have no access to Apple Silicon to test it on.
If someone was to donate an M3/M4/M5 that would be capable of running it, I would of course consider spending the time to figure it out, but as it is, this is not realistic.
I invite anyone to do it of course.
The model is free for anyone to use, so go nuts with it.
Hi, I want to use this model for SFW images, but it often generates pictures with visible nipples, including through clothing. Is there a way to fix or prevent this?
Nothing foolproof. You can try merging the model with Flux base to reduce it's NSFW-nature, but it's all shared with the NSFW context.
For better results:
Describe the clothes in as much detail as possible. Always describe the character being clothed and fully dressed and how they should pose. If not, it will go back to "default" (bias), which will be NSFW due to the over-training of the model. It's not balanced or finely controlled.
Do a negative prompt where you put: no nipples, naked, in positive prompt put: clothed, clothes, etc.
Hey 6tZ, awesome model! 👏 I noticed that increasing the flux CFG guidance (to around 50–100) makes the skin look way better — much more natural and less plastic/orange-peel-like than at 4. I couldn’t get your WF to run due to wildcard nodes, so I tested with a simpler one using your prompts and settings. Results were great — I’ll share some samples soon!
Nice! I'll give a higher CFG a shot to see how it fares, thanks for the tip @Markinson_De_Sade
I never quite understood Flux CFG...
Any wildcard node will do, looking forward to seeing the outputs!
Hmm, you are correct with the skin texture. I think it improves it and makes it less plastic. But it also makes completely fucked up anatomy. Like adding meaty blobs or mussies everywhere. So it adds instability to the subjects, but maybe good for improved skin textures.
The noise levels in the background also "improved", or got worse, depending on what you want. It adds a lot of noise and irregularities, more dirty and broken environments instead of clean and beautiful.
Maybe something that's good at an img2img refinement pass?
Hey, @6tZ! Thank you for your comments!
I am doing some more tests to check how the model behaves with different prompts, seeds, guidance and steps and I will post my findings soon!
I have seen that high guidance (even from 20) gives consistently better skin details (although it doesn't like all values).
As for the mutations specifically, you are right that they are produced, but I'm not convinced yet that the guidance is the only culprit here. I think this has to do with all the factors inter-playing (prompt, ratio/resolution, steps, guidance, seed), since I've gotten good images or body horror at pretty much any guidance value.
I tried your idea for an img2img workflow. I produced an image at 4 guidance and fed it to an img2img workflow with a 50 guidance. For denoising values up to 0.50, the effect was minimal to non-existent. For higher values it produces better skin but it also starts to change the image. Maybe my workflow is at fault here, so if you gave it a try, I would love some feedback on that.
The model is generally among the best I have experimented with for NSFW for Flux. It gets many things right and I love how the skin texture can be made to look like real skin and not the usual Flux orange peel/plastic skin.
Some weaknesses I have noticed:
- Sometimes it produces body horror and mutations, but show me a model that doesn't. The important thing is that I get more good images than body horror.
- When prompting for naked men with penises, it tends to invert their orientation. I think this relates more to posing and proper prompting, because it has also produced some majestic penises that would make even porn stars envious.
- If prompting only for a man, it has the tendency to produce vaginas in place of testicles, or a vagina/testicle hybrid, or sometimes a vagina with a penis crowning on top of it. It also might produce some form of breasts on the man. Those can be worked around by experimenting more with the variables. Still, it is among the best models I have used to create proper penises with. When it works. they look very realistic.
- I don't know why, but the faces of the women tend to be bland and not very pretty and their bodies lean more on the "average, with a bit of belly fat and not very firm body" and I have to heavily prompt to get slimmer, prettier women. Maybe it's something in my prompts, but I'm mentioning it, in case you have any feedback.
Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see more iterations of your model!
TL;DR:
- Model (4.0-Q8.0) is among the best I've tried for NSFW Flux
- Produces great skin at high guidance
- It can do sexual scenes, but it needs effort to get it right, especially when penetration is involved
- Penises can be inverted at times or mixed with female genitalia if only a man is in the frame
- It can be a very good model that is used along with other workflows (maybe outpainting/inpainting, and then photoshop or similar for small defects, color correction)
- More experimentation is needed to see how prompts, seeds, steps, guidance and samplers/schedulers affect the outcome and optimize the workflow from there.
