Or you can a delayed version (automatic1111):

Delayed version has a bit less for overall "quality". but it gives the model more freedom, sometime having a better prompt adherence, try both.

Does this make male bodies or does it struggle?
I guess it is same as pony, just add 1girl to negative for better results.

It is basically CyberRealistic Pony, with some weighted merges from other realistic and negative merge with one anime. I was working on my other Salted Anime, but stumbled to make a good realistic.
