Nice concept. Thanks for making it. Are you planning to train other styles of race queen outfits?
I finally got this to behave for different colors:
With Dynamic Prompts it's [{blue|red|purple|green|yellow|pink|black} race queen and skirt and miniskirt|white race queen and skirt and miniskirt, multicolored race queen, multicolored skirt, multicolored shirt]. You can optionally just prompt for "race queen" to oscillate but I find it desyncs the colors often.
This may be because the training data used contained a lot of blue patterns.
I have improved this further:
${color1=!{aqua|black|green|grey|orange|pink|purple|red|white|yellow}}${color2=!{black|grey|white}}, (${color1} and ${color2} race queen, ${color1} and ${color2} skirt, ${color1} and ${color2} {shirt|crop top}:1.2)
just replace the colors in color1 & color2 as you see fit.
