A more finetune version including half the lora size, training on clip skip 2, and changing the Lora training method to allow a single trigger word for Pharah and adding flexibility with changing Pharah's outfits.
Getting Flux support soon! I'll be updating my other models first then make my way around adding Flux to each.

Woah what did you use to animate that it looks awesome!
I've used Kling AI for this animation! I use image to video. I also use other ones like Luma Dream machine and Haiper AI but I've been like Kling the most rn. Hope this helps!
@Zikickix It does! I have a decent graphics card and Forge but I never tried animations, so I'll look into those Thanks!
@Zikickix Could you describe the prompt/settings you used for Kling AI? Want to test a similar image of my own, thank you.
@Galtherok349 I use Forge for all my images and I use comfy if I'm doing Vid2Vid. Forge can do AnimatedDiff which I use to use but not so much anymore. Text to video and Image to video are getting really good now. And no problem!
@Trefolder Hey sorry for the late reply. I went to kling to check the prompt and it turns out it's not what I expected. The exact prompt for the animation was "Pharah puts on her helmet and starts her jetpack and flies out of frame". Obviously it didn't follow the prompt but I liked it so much I used it anyway. Again sorry for the late reply
