This Lora version of La Muerte is specialized in mimicking close to the movie-style screencap, including letterboxed tag to give an illusion to a fake-real screenshot.
Her facial feature may look incorrect if the image is NOT generated by portrait, upper body concept. I may look into improving this in the close future. The issue now should be at its minimal error in V1.1. In my experience, results can be very creative, yet sticking close to the original style when strength is at 0.8.
