This model gives gender reversal sex - girls with dicks and boys with pussies.

It works with a lot of positions, both normal sex and oral sex, but since the model is a bit weird with the gender swap it tends to do better if you tell it to use all girls rather than girl + boy. I'm thinking because it can't really tell the difference - the swap kind of blurs the lines so to speak.
