All credit goes to the original DucHaiten model and creator. This is just a merge of DucHaiten PonyXL and the original PonyXL, the same as you could make at home.
Some demo images are generated using only the base model, but the others use LoRas, because that's the way I use it. I'm not expecting the model to be all around great on its own, though you can still get nice images on the base model with a bit of work.
This reduces some of the detail, precision and complexity of the duchaiten ponyxl model. Some sharpness and contrast is lost. That model is an actual work of art and in some ways this merge ruins that model.
But if you want simplicity, this may be a good fit. When I'm making stories where I want to reduce inconsistencies between images, that's an asset. I'll switch between the original, this, and duchaiten pony depending on the specific image I'm making to get the result I want.
I think if you use it right, the results can come out consistently quite nice. The somewhat soft-looking base model, paired with loras that add back some of the style and punch and contrast and sharp lines can create a really nice pleasant effect. So it's a tradeoff and it all depends what you want.

I'm getting very different results. Perhaps post at least a couple of images without so many LORAs to modify them. This makes it impossible to judge the model's performance.
Yeah you're right. I didn't expect this to get much attention, since it's just a merge, so I've just been using it the way I normally would. I'll post some normal generations so it's more clear what it does.
Added a few.
Can you please tell me which version of DucHaiten you used in the merge?
I believe v4. I have since with v6 and 7 but didn't like the results as much.
v1 here is 50/50. I did another merge after which is either 25 or 33% duchaiten pony v4 and the rest ponyxl v6 and I use that much more. I haven't posted it yet though since, well, these are just merges. I only use them with loras and I didn't want to accidentally take any attention or credit away from the original model. You can merge them in a1111 at home in a few seconds.
