When you need some writing on a body ... body writing. Can be used for SFW / NSFW images - unfortuantley generating "actual" words is a little hit or miss on flux.

I've found giving additional weight to the words you want i.e.

A photo of a man with bodywriting in the form of  ("kiss me":1.5) 

Hopefully eventually will get word quality better, but that'll be a few versions down the line.
