This is a pony lora for the character Cyguard from the anime OVA named Cybernetics Guardian from 1989. A weight of 0.8 to 1 works well with this. Sampling Steps of 20 to 30 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 6 to 8.

The term cyborg can have the tendency of making a character with a human face with some checkpoints, so make sure to add additional prompts and add negative prompts to ensure a human face doesn't show if that is what is wanted. Simply removing the term cyborg also helps. Also make sure to add the prompt male to the prompts section as some checkpoints likes to make the final look look like a female or similar effeminate body type.

If there is a Cyguard, I would like to see Genocyber, which is made by the same company. There is no LORA.
I will have to look that one up. Right now I am making the Saldo lora, which is the evil version of Cyguard. Looks the same, only black with a green tinge, and with white hair instead of orange. Then I will do the one with both things combined. That company has other cool characters from the OVAs they made.
Interesting fact, Genocyber shows up briefly in the Cybernetics Guardian OVA briefly in the dark temple run by the demon worshiping cult. It is hinted and suggested that the body was used as research to create Saldo, aka Cyguard.
