Mindflayer from ULTRAKILL

Mindflayer from the video game ULTRAKILL (2020), a fast-paced retro FPS where the machine V1 descends through Hell to harvest blood from enemies, is a Greater Machine enemy first introduced in the Lust layer stage “2-3: SHEER HEART ATTACK.” She is a dangerous humanoid machine with a feminine body shape and a mechanical head, designed as one of the game’s more disruptive heavy enemies. In combat she teleports around the arena, fires homing projectiles, and uses a melee attack when the player gets too close, forcing fast movement and careful target priority. Her appearance and behavior make her stand out from other machine enemies, acting less like a basic robot soldier and more like a high-pressure assassin that punishes slow reactions.
