CivitAI has a problem with the trigger word (or lora filename) so onsite gen is limited, will not retrain because of it, take it up with them, too strict on the prompt word filtering. Upload pics without the prompts, I suggest as JPG for it will not contain PNG info thus no prompt, otherwise it will be flagged for review.
