This one varies a lot between subjects so you may have to experiment with the weights to get the look you want. When it's very strong, it can make the subject appear as a silhouette. When it's weaker it can simply look like black and white photography.

Its bias toward monochrome images is strong, but you can add colors to many subjects by prompting for them.
