For just the character use the tags

barton_(as), white hair, long hair, hair between eyes, blue eyes, muscular, mature male, scar across eye, 

Though you can remove the "hair between eyes" tag when you have his hat on. Also it SHOULD be able to generate his long hair without the "long hair" prompt, so if you think his hair feels a little too long then feel free to remove it too.

For his clothes use these tags (add them to the negative prompts when you don't want to use them)

 white hat, white coat, fur trim, 

As far as I know you can't remove the iron jaw, I tried tagging it but it seems like the trainer didn't understand how to deal with it...
