I can't say I'm an expert in the field of anthro dragon furry sex scenes, but I'd imagine you'd be able to do it as you normally would, just add this LoRA into the mix.
Failing that, you can reference the parameters used by other anthro creators, like tanehasu in the gallery under this post, they tend to make very good content
