Weight around 0.8 or possibly lower if you want any creative freedom as it sticks to the source material a little too well.

Trained on 350% scale captures of the vector art form the Flash, upscaled using Waifu2x then bulk resized with BIRME. Many frames were exported with transparency or manually cleaned up in Photoshop.
