It's been difficult to get good quality training hands because of the thinness of her fingers, so I suggest you to improve this with other available resources. The character is also often represented with a staff, so I suggest you also take this into account in your negative prompt.
The model is more flexible to your desires on 0.8 or less settings but accurate at 1. Better CFG scale is around 5. And some hands improver can be useful.
