Breasts on tray concept trained on 60 unique images. Looks like I was beaten to the punch with uploading, but I figured I may as well anyway since I have it.
Can generate clothed, nude, and semi-nude variations. For clothed, you'll want to include breasts out and open shirt in your negative prompt. It makes it a lot easier to generate images without the breasts being exposed. You can specify the shape of the tray via the round tray and square tray prompts.
Tested with multiple character LORAs and different models. You'll want the LORA weight to be at about 1, although you may want to add more weight to the breasts on tray prompt itself (1.1 to 1.2).
May come back to this later and fool around with trying out a lower DIM.

trained on lower DIM, model is now more flexible and doesn't cannibalize backgrounds nearly as much
trade-off: some of the extra concepts that were trained like chocolate on breasts no longer generate as easily (you may need to inpaint them)
balanced the dataset so it's easier to get consistent square tray generations
changed base model, vanilla generations look much better when compared to version 1.0
trade-off: it seems like several embeddings don't really work with it

Difficult to use, but it does produce the desired effect eventually. I get less than 10% success. You need to use lots of prompts to get the tray to actually appear.
Sorry for the late response, only saw this comment now. Are you sure you have the lora activated? I just posted an image grid to the gallery using a very simple "1girl, (breasts on tray:1.1), round tray" prompt and it had no issue generating.
