why do people train more advanced models on the outputs of lesser models... why does common sense not kick in for these people?
Hi. I know this is old but I wanted to merge this model with checkpoint merger in forge but it does not work? Anyone can tell me why? No problems with merging other SDXL models.
this is a well known issue with any SDXL model unfortunately, not just this checkpoint. I tried to find a solution but couldn't myself.
One suggestion I found online is to first covert the files that you want to merge from .safetensors to ckpt file format. Maybe you might have better luck than me see if that works.
Another suggestion I found was using this GUI:

Try this out and see if it works.
I tried to use it but it also didnt work and I quickly gave up. I forgot what the issue was but it might have been the fact that I didnt have enough VRAM.
