Install the Dynamic Prompts extension from the Extensions tab.

Place the downloaded file in the following directory :

stable-diffusion-webui/extensions/sd-dynamic-prompts/wildcards

Include the term __outfits__ in your prompt to randomly select an outfit from the list included in the downloaded file.
