Carmella Bing - Adult Film Actress. Tried something different here and trained with pure captioning no trigger tag. So just activate the lora and describe the image you want with her. Seems to be working very well so I'll probably switch to this method going forward

The one I did (yes, noob here still ^^) had a vastly better outcome with natural language captioning. They will even include a captioning method in the lora trainer to do that for Flux loras especially. That was showcased in a recent Twitch-Stream. You are correct natural language captioning is what you should be doing for flux models. But I was having issues getting an auto captioner running locally, it was super slow for some reason, so I was still relying on trigger tags. They worked ok...got the job done at least, lol. I noticed yesterday Civitai introduced an auto captioner under the "train a lora" option. It works really well, 60 images with really great captions in about 20 seconds...I've used it on my last two models so far an (Carmella and Payton) and the results are awesome.
