The artist Shinobu has this recurring character design, though it's not always the same person (My favorite is Chiyoko from that nurse manga). This is somewhere between a character and an artist Lora and the further you stray from the basic design, the further the style will stray as well. Use:

shiglawo, glasses, full lips, black hair, short hair, lipstick

Limitations: This Lora isn't terribly flexible and greatly favors frontal shots, dark hair, collared shirts, blazers/lab coats, and the same bangs. If you want to change any of that, be sure to add such tokens to your negatives and adjust token strength as needed. While the training data was chock-full of greyscale and monochrome images, it should be fine with color but add those tokens to negatives if it's a problem
