Where does she appear like that?
@JLFO That version is in Shantae and the Pirate's Curse in the Village of Lost Souls level. She also appears in this form in the later games (the Friends to the End DLC in Half-Genie Hero and as her alternate form when Shantae does her Refresh Dance in Seven Sirens)
