This workflow is quite flexible and varied. Its essence is the animation of single images with background replacement or background dynamics, or both.
How does this work (see item numbers in the screenshot):
1 Select an image and load it into "BASE IMAGE".
2 Select Ipadaptrors mode - "Original UNSEGMENTED" or "New UNSEGMENTED".
If you selected "New UNSEGMENTED" - load the images in "Load White" and "Load Blue"
3 Select the segmentation area using "COLOR 1".
The selected segmentation area can be worked with in 3 separate options. They work in any combination with each other.
SEGM Light - adds a light mask.
Replacing Unsegmented - replacing unsegmented with a mask.
SEGM Mask - disables the influence of background images on the segmented object. Works only in "New UNSEGMENTED" mode.
4 Select a mask.

You can install the "Comfyui" extension in SD, but I can't recommend it because when I used it a year ago I really didn't like it. Therefore, I advise you to install regular or portable Comfyui.

As I understand it, there was an update that broke the workflow, now it has already been fixed. Try updating nodes and comfyui again.

Hi Titto, I love your workflows! But this one I can´t get it to work... It creates the depth map and then it crashes with
"ColorPicker.picker() missing 1 required positional argument: 'color'
It always crashes there and I don't know how to send it "the color"... I think it is a bug with a node update or maybe with ComfyUI (0.3.57)...
The other workflow that stopped working was your ColorsMix, because the "Reroute" node that sends the VAE to many nodes no longer works, and "cloning" the VAE nodes to send the VAE individually didn't work (only for the first one)... So I used it for the first one and obviously it only creates a small video and it doesn't get upscaled...
