Nice work man! I made my own flux lora as well. It took 9 hours on my 12gb vram. What are your specs and what do u use? I used flux gym.
Thanks! I actually use the onsite trainer cause like you said 9 hours to train locally...I just can't lol. It costs in buzz but you can train multiple loras at once in about 3ish hours
oh alr. dang and from what i was able to research it costs about 2k buzz which is like $2.50 worth. thats way better than running my pc all night and faster as well. might buy some buzz and try civit's lora training later on if that's the case. i thought results like this would need a dedicated trainer running for tens of hours or smth but i guess not. thanks for the insight chthulhu.
