From the pictures you've posted, it seems that pale = Caucasian and dark = African. Not only the skin, but other parts of the face change including the eyes, eyebrows, the lips get thicker and the shape of the nose also changes. So it would seem there's no way to create an albino African person, or a Gyaru Japanese person with this... although I haven't tested it out myself.
