Activation word is toruhagakure for flux, tooru for illustrious. this LORA seems pretty flexible if a bit temperamental - check out the example images for prompts.

Z-image handles photorealistic anime so much better than Flux.
absolutely, there isn't the weird chin or plastic texture - and once zimage releases their full model it should be even better. I'll likely retrain everything on the non turbo model once there's a quant that can fit on my card for training
