Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) trained locally with only a short run. Using a 4070 & 6 epochs with 12 images.
Any feedback appreciated (still very new to this). Excited to see what you come up with! :)

Some pictures of Picard look real (don't have the Flux smooth, perfect skin, high contrast look). Good job!
Thanks, pleased you like it! I found that using another Lora 'Flux Realism' @ lowish settings worked well - go too high & you loose the likeness to Picard. Probably because I only did a very short training run due to my PC not being high end. https://civitai.com/models/631986/xlabs-flux-realism-lora
@jonog247634 Thanks for the info, someday I hope to make my own Flux LORAs and that info will be useful. I heard a combination of SUPIR + CCSR can enhance and upscale images, so maybe that will be useful for DS9/VOY screenshots that aren't as sharp as TNG. See u/mocmocmoc81 thread on Reddit.
