This LoRA can be used to generate images of women where their breasts glow from a light being put up against them. This is a phenomenom seen with breast implants and flashlights/phone lights.

I can only make LoRA's based on reference images, i.e. images that have the concept that you want to replicate. Like say you want a specific character, then you would use a pictures of that character to create the LoRA. I don't have any reference images of what you describe.
I used "red glow in belly:1.4, glowing through skin:1.2, see veins through glowing skin on belly:1.4, (glowtits effect on belly:1.2)" with a hyper preg lora and got some very nice effects. The pictures need to be ran through image 2 image a few times because of artifacts. Occasionally the belly turns into boob's. Other than that with a bit of extra work you can get the same effect. You will have to use inpaint to fix hands and the face because it messes with it. edit: also the nipples disappear but you can use inpaint on the boobs after as well. once you have the effect you can turn down the lora a lot in img2img to stop any artifacts or quality issues. posted one I made really quick low quality and unfinished but you can see how it looks.
