These days it's the mael meta, everyone is buying that shit, you can probably start (after boots and small items) for maelstrom into bkb, then close gleipnir or mjolnir if you lack damage or you're using the time zone facet, then probably daedalus and satanic, then on the last slot you can go for something like a divine rapier if you're still lacking damage or a situational item like a nullifier/silver edge for tanky heroes or even assault couriass if your team lacks pushing power and your offlaner didn't got it
