strength? It depends on what you're trying to do. In terms of the settings, I just play around. You can see all the prompts / settings for my generations using the ⓘ on my images or if it's one done in comfy you can download it (workflow included). For strengths as in what it's good at, it's to generate my 3D creations / avatars I made for Second Life in 2004 until 2024. So the strength visually is for the look of my real designs :)
