I don't really have a list of what I want to make. Just trying to make charas that I like somewhat.
Most of the LoRAs I find are generated including fan made images but I want to stick to the anime only.

@ssoniko619 not sure about ToLoveRu charas, I didn't really like them but Akeno neesan is a possibility

Requests sure, but it highly depends if I like the character or not.
Commissions not really. IRL responsibilities take almost all of my free time, so I can't guarantee a release date for LoRAs.
