About the LoRA, there are two main triggers:

• footjob from behind: This produces more or less the head of a girl and some legs coming from behind of the male when facing viewer, or a girl behind the male reaching around with her legs when from side.

• footjob from above: This tries, but doesn't always succeed in placing the girl on top of the shoulders of the male, it can also be facing viewer or from side

I would keep the LoRA at weight 1. Prompt enough details for the AI to generate a male head, body merging will happen sometimes, just reroll with another seed.

As demonstrated by our models Lunch and Tien, regional prompter or similar are useable, but need some iterations and prompt-fu, my settings are on the images.
