Cannot say for sure, so the workflow is presented when you press Remix, there you can see all that what user on generating images, make sure adetailer is setup, and, i use Automatic1111, don't know about you, provide more description on what is wrong on your side
Old I know, but If you use Comfy, you can use FaceDetailer from the Impact pack.
