Thank god I bought an 8 tera SSD.
Bad news! The pruned version is only a mere 400MB lighter, must be because of the style LoRAs I baked in and other stuff.
@EDG huh, interesting, is this the case for all three versions?
@ClamJam yes, all my checkpoints are impossible to compresses at 2GB pruned because I put LoRAs inside most likely
You see, a lot of mixes tend to have the same elements so I wanted to be more creative
@EDG i hear you, I have been cutting down on non pruned models to save space but I love these so I'll have to make an exception! Criminally underrated in my opinion

How did you prune it? I used the model toolkit extension to prune the model and it shrunk it to 2gb. It seems to work just fine, but it won't work right with some Civitai extensions (since the sha number is different)... This is the extension I used: https://github.com/arenasys/stable-diffusion-webui-model-toolkit
@Alverik yeah that's what I used, didn't manage to shrink it though
@EDG Weird, maybe it's a version thing? I did the pruning just a few days ago. I doubt it's the hardware (I mean I have an old gtx970). Else I could temporarily upload the file to onedrive (or similar) and send a link to you, I guess.

@EDG ok, else try https://github.com/Akegarasu/sd-webui-model-converter/tree/main and use the no emma, fp16 options. I get the same results with both.
So am I to understand it's a checkpoint with all your clothing and hairstyle loras baked in? :O
