This version works best with inpaint rather than generating an image from scratch.

once you have your image, send it to inpaint and paint breasts area. Then in prompt use only this LoRA tag. And thats it. Optionally you can re send the result to inpaint again and fix the nipples, with a prompt like: perky nipples.
