It must be 2.1-768 not 2.1-512 (base) as these are V-Parameterization Textual Inversions. Double check the model you are using is an SD2.1-768 because i have had this error also. I use these all the time and many people have confirmed they do work. Unless some problem with the website corrupted the DL thats the only thing i can think of.
